United Elite is the BEST of the best. So happy we found this gym. Kareem and his staff are amazing. Athletes learn and grow here. My daughter spent a year at another local gym and left with only a cartwheel and forward roll that she taught her self. Less than a month working with Kareem and she got her back walkover that is beautiful in form and proper technique and has learned many other skills, but most importantly she’s learned what hard work and Dedication is. She has learned team work, social skills and how to face challenges. We are so happy at United Elite and consider everyone there family.

If you are looking for a gym for your child, this is the place to go. My daughter has been trying to get her front aerial for months and a friend recommended United Elite. Kareem has worked with my daughter for only two months and she has not only gotten her front aerial but has gained confidence and strength with other areas as well. I have been so surprised at how far she has come in two months. Not only do she work on the tricks she needs but also works on strength and conditioning. This is a top notch gym that works with teams and individuals. They are the best of the best!

We switched to United Elite 5 years ago for my daughters second cheer season. She had already gained her back hand spring at the first gym but when we switched. We were made aware that her form was all wrong and Kareem and his team took my girl back fo the basics. I’m so glad fo have knowledgeable coaches who care about the safety and long term growth of my girl. Fast forward 5 years and I now have two girls that cheer here and a son who has done tumbling classes only. This gym is family. Whether you’re tumble only or any level of the cheer teams. We’ve been in every position and the level and quality of coaching paired with the outstanding customer service is unmatched. I’m a very competitive person - and UE comes to win. We’ve finish as one of the top in the country each year we go to D2 Summit. I refer alllll my family and friends here for their cheer and tumbling needs. Come join our UE family and rise with us. We love adding new kiddos to the gym and growing new relationships with the parents. 🫶🏼💙

Program & Pricing FAQs

What should my child wear to cheerleading class?

Comfortable cheer wear is recommended, along with appropriate shoes for the chosen cheerleading style. Specific dress codes may vary by class, so we provide guidelines upon enrollment. Proper attire helps ensure a safe and effective cheerleading experience.

Are there any performance opportunities for students?

Yes! United Elite Cheer & Tumbling believes in providing performance opportunities for students to showcase their talents. We organize recitals, showcases, and may participate in local events or competitions, offering a chance for students to shine on stage.

Are there opportunities for advanced students or those interested in competitive cheerleading?

Absolutely. We offer advanced classes for students looking to refine their skills, and we have competitive cheerleading programs for those interested in a more intensive and performance-focused experience. Speak to our instructors to explore these options.

What safety measures are in place, especially considering current circumstances?

The safety of our students is our top priority. We have implemented rigorous cleaning protocols, limited class sizes to allow for social distancing, and follow all recommended health guidelines.

How can I get involved as a parent or guardian?

Parents and guardians are encouraged to be involved by attending performances, supporting fundraisers, and participating in parent meetings. We value the partnership between parents and our cheer gym community.

What other options than ‘gym’ training are there?

While 'at home' training is a premium service, it can be the most pragmatic and beneficial environment for development, depending on your situation. The time saved from commuting can offset the cost of the service, making it a viable option.

Online/digital/remote training is becoming a significant part of our business due to the high demand on time and stress caused by traffic. It also promotes independent application of coaching, accommodating clients outside the Lexington area. Explore our digital training page under the 'services' tab!

The most effective approach is often a hybrid one, combining gym sessions for certain elements with remote training for independence and accountability. Home sessions can also teach clients how to train effectively in their own environment, utilizing their own resources, while avoiding traffic.
